I’ve come across countless foundations in my work in this industry so it takes a lot for me to proclaim a product as the best. Ellis Faas Foundations and Concealers truly are.
Vogue Paris agrees, naming namesake make-up artist and founder Ellis as “one of the most influential make-up artists of her generation,” and the line is Margot Robbie’s product of choice offset.
The products use clean ingredients, and are so versatile they can create a light sheer natural look or a high impact glam look. There are eight foundations in the collection which come with eight “sister” concealers for seamless coverage on any skin tone. Here are my tips on how to best use this line:
Ellis Faas Skin Veil Foundation
Use the Skin Veil pen or Skin Veil bottle – the pen is super travel friendly.
For light coverage, apply with a damp beauty sponge starting at the t-zone, (aka the center of your face). For medium coverage, use your fingertips starting at the t-zone, and blend out to the edges of your face. For full coverage, apply with a foundation brush starting at center of face.
Ellis Faas Concealer
You can flawlessly match your foundation and even out skin tone with an Ellis Faas concealer that is one shade lighter than your foundation. Use it under your eyes, on blemishes, and even as an eye shadow base.
Ellis Faas Compact Powder
Set your face with this compact powder for a smooth look that lasts.
Ellis Faas Glow Up Powder
Highlight from your temples down to your cheekbones with glow-up powder
